Profile

Dr. Chris Pacheco is the Executive Partner at 82VS, overseeing and fundraising for portfolio companies. He was previously a Senior Associate at Polaris Partners and was involved in the creation of Volastra Therapeutics, Sunbird Bio, Amagma Therapeutics and served as a Board Observer on QurAlis Therapeutics, Mellitus, and Volastra Therapeutics. Before that, he was VP of Business Development at seqWell, in BD at Roche Diagnostics, and served as Director at HighRes Biosolutions. Chris completed postdoctoral work with Susan Lindquist on Parkinson’s Disease genetics at MIT-Whitehead Institute and his Ph.D. in Neuroscience with Andrew Lieberman at University of Michigan.
