Profile
Connie Lee is the founder and CEO of Alliance to Cure Cavernous Malformation (ACCM), a patient research foundation serving those affected by the cerebrovascular disease cerebral cavernous malformation. Under her leadership over the last 23 years, ACCM has developed novel, strategic, equity programs with a focus on Hispanic, Black, and disabled patients. Additionally, ACCM works to support research toward the development of accessible and affordable treatments to prevent CCM-related brain hemorrhage and cavernous malformation lesion proliferation. ACCM is a partner in multiple mission-driven rare disease coalitions addressing equity in research and care.
