Erica Stick has demonstrated exceptional leadership throughout her career in the pharmacy industry. With over 27 years of experience, she has focused on rare diseases for the past 13 years. Since joining Chiesi Global Rare Diseases in February 2021, she has successfully launched three new commercial therapies and played a pivotal role in supporting a comprehensive company acquisition. This acquisition expanded the Chiesi Rare Disease Portfolio to encompass eight US commercial therapies. Her strong background in pharmacy practice, PBM audit management, REMS management, patient advocacy, and strategic planning has enabled her to work collaboratively across multiple departments to continuously enhance patient services, ensuring holistic support for the rare disease community.
