Farrell Simon is currently the Chief Commercial Officer for Trevi Therapeutics, a clinical stage biotech company focused on the development and commercialization of a chronic cough therapy across respiratory diseases. He is an experienced general manager who has worked across the lifecycle of development from marketed products to early commercial development assets. Prior to joining Trevi, Farrell spent 10 years at Pfizer in commercial and operations roles. He last served as Chief of Staff to the Group President of Biopharma at Pfizer and was a member of the Biopharma executive leadership team, which managed $38B in revenue. Farrell started his career at Procter & Gamble.
