Farrell Simon is currently the Chief Commercial Officer for Trevi Therapeutics, a clinical stage biotech company focused on the development and commercialization of nalbuphine ER across chronic cough conditions. He is an experienced general manager with 20 years of experience in commercial and operations roles who has worked across the product lifecycle from early commercial development to marketed products, such as Eliquis. Prior to joining Trevi, Farrell worked at Pfizer and Procter & Gamble. He holds a PharmD and an MBA, driving the convergence of science and commercialization.

Farrell also founded and continues to manage The Simon Cancer Foundation, raising money for cancer patients attending college. He also chairs the finance and audit committees for the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce board of directors.
