Mr. Bush is the General Manager & Head of Commercial, North America, at Pharvaris, a late-stage company focused on developing oral bradykinin B2 receptor antagonists.
Over the course of his 25-year career, Justin has gathered a wealth of experience across commercial functions in pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, playing a crucial role across launch leadership, global and U.S. marketing, sales, patient services, market access, and general management functions.
Justin joined Pharvaris because of his passion in advancing solutions for people living with rare diseases, specifically hereditary angioedema (HAE). Prior to joining Pharvaris, he served as Vice President and Franchise Head U.S. Rare GI Diseases at Takeda, where he had P&L and general management responsibility for all cross-functional activities in short bowel syndrome.
From 2016-2019, he served as Head of U.S. Rare Disease Marketing and U.S. Launch Lead at Biogen, where he led the launch of a new treatment for the rare disease, spinal muscular atrophy.
Justin spent five years at Shire in marketing leadership roles, cutting his teeth in HAE, playing a key part of the launch team launching the first prefilled, self-administered, subcutaneous injection to treat acute HAE attacks.
Justin earned his Master of Business Administration from Boston University Questrom School of Management, and his Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Economics at Cornell University.
