Liz Pfau serves as a Neurology Global Marketing Lead at Amgen Rare Disease, where she leads global brand and launch strategy for UPLIZNA across rare neurology indications. She brings deep experience building and executing launch strategies in scientifically complex, highly competitive rare disease and oncology markets, with a track record of making early, consequential strategic trade-offs that shape long-term outcomes.

Across her career at Amgen, Horizon Therapeutics, and Astellas, Liz has led U.S. and global launches spanning rare neurology, immunology, nephrology, and oncology. She is known for translating emerging clinical data and regulatory uncertainty into clear positioning, differentiated market narratives, and executable launch plans that align commercial, medical, and regulatory stakeholders.

Liz previously led one of the top-performing U.S. oncology launches in acute myeloid leukemia, establishing a new standard of care and sustaining outperformance post-launch. She holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
