With over 20 years of experience, she has designed and managed innovative manufacturer programs that enhance patient experience, acquisition, access, and retention across Rare Disease and Immunology. Mindy has successfully led national U.S. Patient Support Program (PSP) operational teams, managed Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) hubs, and built a robust compliance infrastructure to support these programs, ensuring adaptability to the ever-evolving healthcare landscape.

Mindy holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as undergraduate degrees in management and social sciences from the same institution.
