Sarina is a seasoned public affairs professional with a deep commitment to advancing sound science policy that spurs innovation, supports scientists, and strengthens our research ecosystem. She serves as KPM's Senior Director of Public Affairs, leading the public affairs team, providing communications expertise, stakeholder management and strategic engagement to push science and health forward. Prior to joining KPM Group DC, Sarina led the government affairs work at the American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology where she worked with scientists to advocate for basic research funding. She also has experience conducting health policy research from her time at the National Pharmaceutical Council and experience with global health policy at Johnson Johnson.
