Profile

Shannon is Eisai’s Associate Director of Access and Reimbursement in Oncology. He leads a team of eight Senior Access and Reimbursement Managers across the country, whose mission is to facilitate access to Eisai’s therapeutic portfolio.

Shannon has over 18 years of leadership in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, having worked with physician practices and integrated delivery networks to navigate the complex payer market. Shannon amassed extensive experience in Access, Patient Services, and Reimbursement through his tenures at Schering-Plough, Merck, Daiichi-Sankyo, and Eisai.

Shannon earned his MBA from Georgia Tech. Prior to earning his graduate degree, Shannon played football at Georgia Tech as an undergraduate and was Team Captain during his senior year.

Shannon currently resides in Alpharetta, Georgia with his wife, Malu, and his two beautiful children, Alexander (8) and Zara (3). During his leisure time, Shannon enjoys travelling with his family, running 10Ks, and collecting Pokemon cards with Alexander
