Sonit Handa, MD, MS, MBA, is a physician executive and consultant with over 20 years of experience leading rare disease commercialization and global product launches. He has led U.S. and ex-U.S. launches at Horizon Therapeutics and held senior roles across commercial, medical affairs, and operations at Astellas, Amgen, and Deloitte. As Founder of Biovance Consulting, Sonit created the PRECISION LAUNCH™ framework, working with biotech and pharma teams to de-risk launches, strengthen execution, and translate strategy into operational reality. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Josselyn, a nonprofit expanding access to mental health care.
