With 25+ years in life sciences, Susan has served in senior patient advocacy leadership roles inside global pharmaceutical and biotech organizations across oncology and rare disease. She has launched therapies, built and led global patient engagement frameworks, and embedded patient voice into decision-making at the highest levels of the industry.

As founder of Connexion Healthcare, she brings rare entrepreneurial depth alongside her in-house experience.
