Profile

Suzanne is a senior biotechnology executive with over 30 years of experience spanning rare disease, market access, patient services, payer strategy, reimbursement, and commercialization. Currently an Executive Director of Market Access & Patient Services, she brings a unique perspective that connects access strategy with the operational realities patients, caregivers, and providers face when navigating complex healthcare systems. Her experience includes rare and ultra-rare disease launches, HUB services, specialty pharmacy, payer engagement, and patient journey optimization. Suzanne holds a PhD in Organizational Management with a leadership specialization and an MBA and is passionate about reducing barriers that stand between patients and needed therapies.
