David Tweedie is a Managing Director with RBC Capital Markets Real Estate Group, and has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate investment sales and leasing. David joined RBC in 2007 and specializes in the sale of office buildings, industrial buildings, and urban / mixed-use residential development sites. David has significant experience in negotiating and executing high-profile transactions ranging from 100% interest sales, multi-asset portfolios and joint venture and partnership transactions. David also works with the Real Estate Group corporate finance team on related assignments including sell-side / buy-side M&A, LBOs, structured finance, advisory assignments and equity and debt financings. Over the course of his career at RBC, David has sold over $15 billion of commercial real estate in the Greater Toronto Area and across Canada, spanning multiple asset classes. David is based in Toronto, Ontario and is a licensed real estate Broker with the Real Estate Council of Ontario.
