Shailen Chande

Chief Financial Officer at NorthWest Healthcare Properties REIT

Shailen Chande is the Chief Financial Officer of the REIT and is responsible for the REIT’s financial planning, accounting, reporting and capital market activities, while also providing strategic direction as part of the REIT’s leadership team. Mr. Chande has been with the REIT and its predecessor companies since 2009 and most recently held the position of Vice President, Finance & Investments. Prior to joining the REIT and its predecessor companies, Mr. Chande worked in investment banking with Deutsche Bank in London, UK and KPMG in its audit and transaction advisory practices in Toronto, Canada and London, UK. Mr. Chande has an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA CA).
