Brandon Kawal has been a Principal at Advisor Growth Strategies for seven years and leads client engagements, thought leadership, and research. AGS is a leading consulting firm with a client portfolio of 300+ firms that provides custom business management solutions to the nation’s top advisory firms. AGS projects include assisting RIAs with compensation & equity design, advisor in transition services, growth strategies, management support services, succession & exit planning, and transaction advisory.
Mr. Kawal got his start after college playing professional baseball for the New York Mets. He then transferred those fast reaction times, focus, and high accuracy skills to a new career at Charles Schwab. After working as a Manager of Advisor Services at Schwab, he found his home at Advisor Growth Strategies. Mr. Kawal has contributed to major industry publishers like Wealth Management, Barron’s, Citywire, and ThinkAdvisor, and he enjoys researching and writing about industry challenges, trends, and M&A. Mr. Kawal authors and leads the research for “The RIA Deal Room.” In his free time, he also enjoys another fast-paced activity- chasing around his three young kids.
