Martine oversees Talent Management, HR, and Compliance as well as leads cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving the offering for Mercer's clients. Prior to joining Mercer, Martine was a Principal and both the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Sullivan, Bruyette, Speros & Blayney, a +$4B AUM Registered Investment Advisor in Mclean, VA. Martine earned her bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Duke University and an MBA from Georgetown University. She’s a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. She consulted with Keir Educational Resources as a writer and instructor for CFP® exam review courses. In addition, Martine served as a member of the Schwab Advisor Services Technology, Operations & Service Advisory Board. Martine is a National Technical Official for USA Weightlifting and enjoys officiating at Olympic Weightlifting competitions. She also serves on both the Fundraising and Finance committees for USA Weightlifting. In her free time, Martine enjoys CrossFit, traveling with friends, and hanging out with her rescue cat.
