Christoph Sommer is Partner at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). As member of BCG’s European Insurance practice, he focuses on Finance & Risk topics in Insurance. Before joining BCG in 2020, he spent 8 years at McKinsey & Company as a core member of their Insurance and Risk Practice.

He has experience from supporting many Insurers across dozens of geographies on topics such as Capital Management, Investment Management and Balance Sheet Optimization.

Christoph is an actuary by training and member of the German Actuarial Society.
