Eri is a Managing Director & Partner in the London office of the Boston Consulting Group. She has deep expertise in climate advisory and wholesale banking. Eri leads the EMESA Climate & Sustainability Practice in FI. She has published extensively on multiple topics Net Zero – including target setting in agriculture, supply chains, net zero implementation, SME activation and Net Zero in the Middle East.

• Led the development of SME climate value proposition, anchored in a platform and including carbon credit component or a leading North American Bank
• Led the development of the climate commercial ambition, setting net zero targets in 4 high-emitting sectors, including agriculture and the set up of the sustainability operating model (including sustainability function) for a leading LATAM bank
• Supported WWF with the workstream related to the inclusion of Nature in transition plans in the UK
• Published on Net Zero implementation in the Middle East, working together with ADGM
• Researched current landscape of H2 project financing, in particular as it relates to bankability
• Led commercial assessment of opportunity in Sustainability Finance, including new revenue streams and competitive differentiation for a leading Global Bank
• Led the development of a sustainability target operating model across business, risk and financing – and including setting up a sustainability function for a leading Global Bank
• Co-authored, with WBCSD the banking sector target-setting guidelines for the decarbonization of agriculture
• Supported large global bank to define a top 100 training program on Climate, including sector deep dives •Supported large global bank to define key climate investment themes and financial instruments / envelopes to deliver the financing
• Developed and delivered a 2 day climate training for a regional Middle Eastern Bank
• Supported the Sustainable Markets Initiative to write and publish the Practitioners' Guide to Net Zero
• Supported leading Nordic bank to define its sustainable finance ambition across three high-emitting sectors

Before joining BCG, Eri worked for TD Securities in various IPO and M&A assignments. Eri holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Toronto and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Before joining BCG she worked in the IBD of TD Securities in Toronto, Canada.

Eri holds a Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and an Economics and Finance degree from the University of Toronto.
