Laure Levy is Head of Enterprise Risk Management for HSBC Continental Europe (HBCE), responsible for Risk Strategy and governance, Climate and Reputation risk oversight, leading also the permanent control function as well as HSBC Continental Europe Branches risk management.

To date, Laure has covered senior roles across Operational Risk and Resilience, Risk governance, Regulatory engagement, Audit and more recently took on the climate risk responsibilities. Laure has worked abroad in London and Luxembourg, where she started her career in 2001. She joined HSBC in July 2008 in Risk function in Private Bank, later joined the Operational Risk team in 2014.

Engaged in diversity, in 2021, Laure became the Chair of the gender balance network, 50/50 Partner of balance in HSBC Continental Europe.
