Rick Lacaille has spent over 35 years in the asset management industry as an investor and senior leader. He has served industry bodies and committees including FTSE, MSCI and the Investment Association and has been active in the media.

Rick has now retired from State Street after 23 years, the majority of this time spent as Global CIO, from the nadir of the Global Financial Crisis until the recovery period from COVID-19. He is seeking non-executive positions that capitalise on his experience as a senior investment leader.

He is also the Chairman of the Investor Leaders Group of the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) a global network of pension funds, insurers and asset managers with over 9 trillions USD under management and advise.
