Sara Belahsen serves as the Head of Environment and Climate Risks Management at Crédit Agricole du Maroc. Her mission consists of addressing environmental and climate challenges associated with the projects the bank finances and the sectors it operates in.

With more than 14 years of professional experience in the realm of sustainable development, Sara’s current role and prior background in the solar energy sector and photovoltaic module manufacturing have equipped her with expertise in energy transition, green finance and environmental and climate change impacts.

Sara earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and Management Science from Al Akhawayn University, an MSc in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a Postgraduate Certificate in Climate Change Management from the University of Edinburgh.
