Sarah has 13 years experience in financial services and regulation having worked in the retail banking industry and at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) prior to joining PwC in 2016. She has extensive experience in conduct regulation and running large scale regulatory change and non-financial risk programmes.

Sarah leads many of PwC’s Consumer Duty engagements across the retail banking and lending sector, including pre and post-implementation support. She is also leading PwC’s technology-enablement initiative for the retail banking sector, with the aim of helping the industry to maintain Consumer Duty requirements sustainably.

Sarah is a published thought leader on Consumer Duty and various topics around conduct regulation.
