Sree Kumar is currently the Director of Risk for Finance & Treasury at NatWest. He has over 22 years of Banking experience, split between Front Office Trading and Risk Management.

Prior to joining NatWest, Sree Kumar worked at Bank of America and AIG Financial Products in Tokyo, Singapore and London. During his tenure at NatWest, Sree Kumar has worked as the Head of Market Risk Asia and Head of Market Risk for FX and Pensions. His current role covers oversight of: Non Traded Market Risk, Counterparty Credit Risk, Pension Risk, Capital, Liquidity & Funding, Climate Risk and Prudential Risk for the NatWest Group. In addition he also provides oversight to the Finance function on matters related to Operational Risk & Regulatory compliance.
