Valeria is the Head of Model Risk Management at DWS. She has 20+ years of work experience in quantitative finance. Prior to joining DWS, she was the Head of Model Governance and Framework in Credit Suisse. Before joining Credit Suisse Valeria worked in Equity Derivative Structuring at Deutsche Bank and Unicredit. She holds a Ph.D. in theoretical condensed matter physics from the Max Plank FKF and a Master in Financial Mathematics from University of Oxford
