Vana Parker is a motivational and keynote speaker focusing on the importance of teamwork and trust. Completely hooked on skydiving from the first time she tried it as a university student, she has gone on to become a world skydiving champion; her team took gold at the FAI World Parachuting Champions in 2022. Vana has won numerous medals in international and national competitions and has completed over 9,000 skydives.

Hours and hours of training and competing, coupled with numerous setbacks over the years have given Vana a unique perspective. She believes strongly in the power of teamwork and knows firsthand just how vital the element of trust is in teams. She shares her story with her audiences to help inspire and motivate.

Vana still competes at an international level when she is not motivating others to transform their teams.
