Vishwas is the UK Partner for Avantage Reply’s Financial Services Risk Advisory business, working with banks, building societies, asset managers and wealth managers to solve complex problems in the risk, finance, governance, compliance and transformation spaces. Previously, Vishwas has worked at Deloitte and Morgan Stanley.

Vishwas has deep international FS consulting and risk management experience across UK, EU, US, Middle East and SE Asia. He is a trusted advisor to the C-Suite and senior management at banks and other financial firms and offers objective, independent advice to clients to influence strategic decision-making and enable them to make informed business choices.

He has led and successfully delivered complex risk transformations, prudential regulation, quantitative risk modelling and regulatory reporting projects with significant banks (PRA and SSM). Vishwas has also led a number of regulatory applications (including IRB), banking authorisations, fintech and Brexit applications, ESG transformations and has experience of helping clients deliver to regulatory expectations and their internal performance targets.

He has strong working relationships with FS firms, industry associations and academia. He regularly speaks at industry forums and was the Chair of the UK Finance CRO Forum for 2 years (2021-2022).
