partneringONE is a platform for licensing companies designed to optimize your partnering activities both during events and year-round. We have two products:
partneringONE events
is an online conference platform used by event delegates to contact other participants and schedule meetings with them.
partneringONE plus
is our year-round partnering solution, helping licensing professionals maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of their partnering strategy.
About partneringONE events
How do I register for partneringONE?
Access to the partneringONE events platform is included with your conference registration. Once you register to attend a conference, you should receive an email with details on logging into partneringONE to set up your profile. Once the system fully opens for partnering (4-6 weeks prior to the event), you can view all other registrants and begin to request/accept meetings. In the meantime, you will want to log in and start building your partnering profile: a brief summary of your background, company, and products.
How do I manage notifications I receive during events?
Go to your “Settings” page to manage your email and notifications preferences. You can subscribe to SMS notifications, add another email address as a secondary email, and turn on instant notifications.
How do I find out more information about partnering during my conference?
Visit the conference website for event specific information on partnering during your conference as set-up can vary.

What is partneringONE plus?
partneringONE is an event partnering platform which facilitates one-on-one meetings and engagement between biotechnology companies looking for investment, and pharmaceutical companies looking to license new assets and technologies. partneringONE plus takes this existing event product, along with the data housed in the platform and creates a year-round partnering solution:
- A database of partnering-ready companies, assets, and people
- Partnering tracking and management tools
- The ability to connect and engage with relevant stakeholders year-round
- All integrated with our leading partnering events
partneringONE plus transforms the way partnering activities take place to facilitate a year-round digital experience.
What do I get with partneringONE plus that I don’t get as part of my event registration?
partneringONE events is used by several event producers including EBD Group, LSX and others to enable delegates to arrange and manage meetings with other attendees – one event at a time. With partneringONE plus, you can connect with attendees from more than 60 events using our global partnering database and you can search for partnering ready assets and companies. You can track these prospects using custom lists and develop these relationships year-round by contacting them through the platform. Find out more about differences.
How do I access my partneringONE plus account?
Your login details for partneringONE plus are the same as your partneringONE events account. You can login directly from the partneringONE login portal and navigate from there: https://partneringone.informaconnect.com
How do I build my company and personal profile on partneringONE plus?
Your company and personal profile on partneringONE plus will be the one you used at your most recent event. Once you update your profile on partneringONE events and publish it, the profile will be synchronized to partneringONE plus. You don’t need to do anything else.
If I have a partneringONE account, do I get access to partneringONE plus?
All our partneringONE events users will get a partneringONE plus profile and access to a partneringONE plus inbox to receive messages from potential partners. Subscribers will be able to access the full partnering database, send messages to potential partners, alongside additional partnering and relationship management tools.
I do not want others to find my profile on partneringONE plus. Can I hide my partneringONE plus profile?
You can hide your partneringONE plus profile under your Account>Settings>Preferences. You can also opt-out of partneringONE plus under your Account > Settings should you wish to remove your account altogether from the platform. Changing your visibility or opting out of partneringONE plus will not affect your event experience.
How can I set my notifications for partneringONE plus?
You can adjust your notifications under your partneringONE plus Account>Settings located on the upper right corner: Select your profile picture followed by ‘Settings’ click ‘Edit’ and set your notifications under the ‘partneringONE plus settings.’
How far back do the partnering profiles go in the database?
The partneringONE plus database includes profiles dating back to 2018. Subscribers can browse the entire database.
What history can I see on partneringONE plus?
Subscribers see their company history as far back as 2006 provided your company has been attending partneringONE events, arranging meetings via partneringONE and your email address has not changed.
