COMPANY LOGO
If you haven't already sent your logo to our team or if we haven't worked with you before on previous events, please upload your company logo HERE in the following format (ai or eps for print and PNG for digital). This link has now been disabled as the deadline has passed. Please contact rochelle@lsxleaders.com.
This will be used for any onsite branding included in your sponsorship. Please upload this by Friday 12th January. Please make sure to notify us of any rebranding or logo changes so we can make sure your correct branding is on the digital and onsite signage.
SET UP & BREAK DOWN
- Set Up Time
Tuesday 12th March - 18:30 - 21:00 - Breakdown Time
Thursday 14th March - 15:25 (afternoon break) - 19:00
(Please only break down small items from 15:25 such as roller banners / pop up items. If you require your stand builder to breakdown your stand, they will have to arrive at the close of congress 17:30)
EXHIBITOR STANDS
RAW SPACE PACKAGE
Please see the following of what is included in your raw space stand package:
- 1 trestle table – L x W x H: 180 x 75 x 72 cm
- 2 chairs
- Back wall (the frame is metal and the filling is painted chipboard. The best way to mount something is with magnets and Power stripes by Tesa. You can use alternatives as long as it doesn't leave any adhesive residue.)
- W: 121cm H: 186cm
- Access to power (1 socket) - if you want to bring a multi-socket, please inform rochelle@lsxleaders.com.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS
If you were planning on setting up any large items / pop up stand / any additional AV equipment or decide not to use any of the included stand furniture above please notify rochelle@lsxleaders.com by Wednesday 28th February as this will need to be agreed with the venue and checked against health and safety guidelines.
HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS
There are strict height restrictions depending on your stand location. Stands 22-32 & 43-51 will need to adhere to the 2.40m height rule due to this being the lowest section on the floor.
If you require a higher stand due to your backdrop being above 2.40m, please contact rochelle@lsxleaders.com for assistance.
EXHIBITOR PORTAL
ORDER PLACEMENT
If you would like to order any enhancements for your stand (screens, furniture, plants, extra power sockets etc), you can do so via the venues exhibitor portal HERE.
You will have been sent your unique login code via email. If you need a reminder of it, please email rochelle@lsxleaders.com.

FURNITURE
- The venue will invoice you directly for anything ordered, 30 days post. If you have any questions about your order or invoicing process, you can contact our venue contact, Benjamin Woigk (benjamin.woigk@messe.ch) who will be able to help answer your questions.
- If you order any furniture and therefore do not wish to use the furniture provided in the package shown above, it is important that you let us know by Wednesday 28th February as well.

Want to promote your participation?
Below you will find various collateral material and example-messages to promote your participation at our event.
DELIVERIES
Please let rochelle@lsxleaders.com know by Wednesday 28th February if you will be sending anything to the venue so we can inform the venue team and help locate it onsite.
DELIVERY LABEL
If you would like to ship any banners or materials directly to the venue, please make sure that these only arrive to the venue between Wednesday 6th March and Tuesday 12th March. Anything that arrives before this will not be accepted by the venue.

Please note that if the details are not complete, the delivery may be handed out too late, or refused.
CUSTOMS
The Swiss customs also requires certain documents for international consignments. You should contact your courier service for these at an early stage. Deliveries requiring cash payment will be refused. The Congress Center Basel does not accept any responsibility or liability for losses, damage and delays.
It is crucial that all details of the address are included so that we can locate your items onsite - failure to include your company name and stand number may mean we cannot find your items onsite. Please be aware that all packages sent are the responsibility of the exhibitor and it is up to the exhibitor to notify our team of anything sent to the venue and label corrected. If a package is not labelled correctly and is unable to be located onsite, it is the responsibility of the exhibitor / contractor to provide us with tracking and proof of delivery.

COURIERS POST EVENT
- Before the end of the event, please make sure that any items you will be couriering to another destination have been assigned a courier and are clearly labelled as the venue and LSX are not responsible for organising shipping or labelling your items.
- Couriers can be organised from Friday 15th March – Wednesday 20th March, they will need to check in at the reception on the 2nd floor and only pick up between the hours of 08:00-12:00 and 13:15-17:00.
- Any items that do not have an assigned courier or labels and are left post event will be disposed of by the venue.

PARKING
Parking is located next door to the Messe Congress Centre and Congress Centre Basel - You can view it on the map HERE.

Monday - Sunday
Day - (08:00 - 19:00) CHF 3 per hour
Evening - (19:00 - Midnight) CHF 2 per hour
Daily flat rate (24 hours) CHF 50
Partnering at your Booth
Exhibiting companies may choose to take meetings at their exhibit booth.
If you would like your agreed meetings to be scheduled to your exhibit booth, please send an email lsxpartnering@ebdgroup.com by 28th February before partneringONE opens. Meetings are scheduled instantly upon mutual agreement of both parties. For further questions please reach out to Jake Staines jake.staines@informa.com.
RULES & REGULATIONS
USE OF MICROPHONES & SPEAKERS
The use of microphones and speakers is to be approved by LSX and will only be permitted if neighbouring exhibitors/partnering will not be disturbed.
LITERATURE TABLE
We are no longer providing a literature table in order to produce less waste and create a greener conference.
INSURANCE
The organizer does not provide insurance for any booth components or additional pieces of equipment brought into the conference, rented from exhibitor services or for personal possessions of any exhibitor against loss, damage or theft. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to arrange their own insurance coverage.
