Jeff Raphael is the Founder and Managing Partner of OmniScope Partners, a boutique investment banking firm focused on providing strategic advisory services to emerging companies in the life sciences and innovative healthcare sectors as they approach key inflection points, including M&A, capital raising, and partnership transactions. Prior to founding OmniScope Partners, Jeff was a Managing Director at Evercore and held senior leadership roles with the Healthcare Investment Banking groups at Piper Sandler and Jefferies. Earlier in his career, Jeff spent time as an operator, supporting FP&A and corporate development efforts at DaVita Healthcare Partners after beginning his investment banking career at Credit Suisse. Jeff has advised on over 50 closed transactions throughout his career amounting to $15Bn+ in transaction value.
