Catering - the venue does not allow you to bring your own catering to your stands. If you have any queries in regards to this please contact Catherine Chang.

GES are in charge of shipping to and from the event; below you can find information.

All packages must be sent through GES' Advanced Warehouse between Monday, July 29 2024 - Thursday, August 29 2024

Warehouse receiving hours are:

Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and holidays.

*Please note: Shipments arriving before Monday, July 29, and after Thursday, August 29 will incur a fee.

Exhibiting companies may choose to take meetings at their exhibit booth.

If you would like your agreed meetings to be scheduled at your exhibit booth, please send an email our partneringONE manager - Asha Ibrahim by Wednesday, August 7. The partnering platform (partneringONE) opens on August 14. Meetings are scheduled instantly upon mutual agreement of both parties. For further questions please reach out directly to Asha Ibrahim.

RULES & REGULATIONS

USE OF MICROPHONES & SPEAKERS

The use of microphones and speakers is to be approved by LSX and will only be permitted if neighboring exhibitors/partnering will not be disturbed.

LITERATURE RACKS

We are no longer providing literature racks; to become more sustainable we are encouraging exhibitors to produce less waste and help our efforts to create a greener conference.

INSURANCE

The organizer does not provide insurance for any booth components or additional pieces of equipment brought into the conference, rented from exhibitor services or for personal possessions of any exhibitor against loss, damage or theft. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to arrange their insurance coverage.
