  • Catering - the venue does not allow you to bring your own catering to your stands. If you have any queries in regards to this please contact Maureen Azoro.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS

The BCEC has strict guidelines on what is permitted to be displayed in your booth. Any displays or graphics must fit within your allocated space, and there are strictly no build outs permitted.

Roller banners / Pop-Up displays must not exceed 8ft tall.

Please notify Maureen Azoro on what you plan to display in your booth so that this can be checked for approval.

You may only carry your own items in to the venue if you are able to hand carry these through the venue. If you require additional assistance or the use of trolleys to transport your items, please refer to the SHIPPING section below

GES are the official partner for all shipping, drayage and material handling for RNA Leaders USA. Do not forget to organize your pick-up/return shipment!

All packages must be sent through GES' Advanced Warehouse between Wednesday, August 6, 2025 - Thursday, September 4, 2025

Warehouse receiving hours are: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and holidays.

Please note: Shipments arriving before Wednesday, August 6, 2025 will incur a storage fee. Shipments arriving after Thursday, September 4, 2025 may incur an additional charge.

Partnering at your Booth

Exhibiting companies may choose to take meetings at their exhibit booth.

If you would like your agreed meetings to be scheduled at your exhibit booth, please send an email to our partneringONE manager - Asha Ibrahim by Monday, August 18. The partnering platform (partneringONE) opens on Wednesday August 20. Meetings are scheduled instantly upon mutual agreement of both parties. For further questions please reach out directly to Asha Ibrahim.

PASS REGISTRATION - DEADLINE AUGUST 18TH

If you need additional passes, please let us know and we can connect you with our delegate sales team.
