HOW CAN I PROCESS A REPLACEMENT?

HOW CAN I AMEND MY DETAILS?

HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE TO PROCESS?
Refunds take 4-6 weeks to process.
HOW CAN I GET A VISA INVITATION LETTER?
Please note that only registered delegates can request a visa invitation letter, once registered please contact registrations@informaPLC.euw2.pure.cloud with the below details:
- Full Name as shown on passport
- Passport Number
- Date of Issue
- Date of Expiry
- Date of Birth
HOW CAN I ACCESS MY PARTNERING ACCOUNT?
Once registered please allow up to 24 hours for your partneringONE account to be activated and to receive your login information. Please note that you will be able to see other registered companies on the platform and start requesting meetings when partneringONE opens.

HOW CAN I SET UP A GUEST ACCOUNT ON partneringONE?
- Go to you profile page and then over to the Delegates/Guests box located on the right-hand side.
- Click on the Guests tab and then on the button that says, “Invite Guest”.
- Enter the email address of your guest and then click send
Your guest will receive an email with a link that will allow them to log in to your account. During their first-time logging in they will be asked to verify their email address and fill out some brief information about themselves so that you know who is entering your account.
CAN I PAY VIA INVOICE/WIRE TRANSFER?
Payment by invoice can be done up to 4 weeks from the date of the event.
WHY DO WE CHARGE VAT?
Why do we charge VAT?
Article 53 of the EU VAT Directive (Council Directive 2006/112/EC) says that for the right of entry to cultural, artistic, sporting, scientific, educational, entertainment or similar events in exchange for a ticket or payment, the place of supply is where the event physically takes place.
As the conference is held in Switzerland, the place of supply is Switzerland. Unfortunately, this means we must add 8.1% VAT to all delegate registration passes. This is regardless of where your company is based.
Can I claim it back?
Most attendees can claim back their VAT once it has been paid and we are very happy to provide invoices to help you do this.
How can I claim it?
You can claim back VAT, if you are registered for VAT. Contact Tax back international below to help reclaim your VAT.
You can also claim back VAT on your hotel, travel costs and other expenses at the same time.
