Katie Rothamel is an Associate Director at the Center for RNA Technologies and Therapeutics at UCSD. She completed her postdoctoral research in Gene Yeo’s lab, focusing on integrating biochemistry and -omics approaches to study RNA-binding protein dynamics. Katie's experience includes molecular biology, bioinformatics, next-generation sequencing (NGS), RNA biology, and innate immunity.
