Dr. Konstantina Skourti-Stathaki is Vice President of ASO Discovery & Research at n-Lorem Foundation, where she leads the scientific strategy, research and discovery of antisense oligonucleotide therapeutics for ultra-rare genetic diseases. She oversees target assessment, computational oligonucleotide design, allele-selective therapies, splice modulation, and technology innovation. Previously, she led the RNA Biology and Technology group at MiNA Therapeutics, where she directed the discovery of saRNA- and siRNA therapeutics and co-led rare disease programs through IND submission. Dr. Skourti-Stathaki earned her DPhil from the University of Oxford and completed a Sir Henry Wellcome Fellowship in Edinburgh and Berlin. A recipient of the L’Oréal-UNESCO For Women in Science Award, she has an established record of high-impact publications and holds multiple patents in RNA therapeutics.
