Dr. Rachit Jain is the Founder of Auriscript, a Boston-based, seed-stage biotechnology company developing next-generation RNA design and synthesis platform technologies. He brings over 15 years of leadership experience in advancing complex biologics, RNA, oligonucleotide, and protein therapeutics from discovery through clinical readiness.
Prior to founding Auriscript, Dr. Jain was the functional head of Drug Substance Process Development at Tessera Therapeutics, where he led process development for novel RNA therapeutics targeting oncology and rare diseases. He previously held technical leadership roles at Omega Therapeutics and GreenLight Biosciences, pioneering scalable manufacturing platforms across multiple modalities. Dr. Jain holds a Ph.D. in Biological Engineering from the University of Georgia; he is an inventor on multiple patents and has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications in protein engineering, synthetic biology and nucleic acid development.
