His experience spans across different companies, including Takeda Pharmaceuticals, where he played a significant role as Global Head of Biologics in discovering and optimizing candidates and provided strategic support in scientific operations oversight.
Before joining Takeda, Robert served as Vice President of Protein Sciences at Cogen Therapeutics (now Repertoire Immune Medicines), where he led departments responsible for protein engineering, antibody technology, protein production, and analytics. His leadership was instrumental in advancing the company's research efforts in immune medicines.
