Shaan C. Gandhi is Vice President and Head of Partnerships for PAVE, Pfizer's group for growing US commercial brands and royalty streams, following a prior role leading external partnerships for Pfizer Ignite. An internist by training, he started his career at Massachusetts General Hospital before spending a decade as an investor and biotechnology company builder at Northpond Ventures and Longwood Fund, co-founding and leading Pyxis Oncology as President, and serving on public and private boards including CAMP4, Candel, DICE, Kyverna, and Vigil. He holds an MD from Harvard, an MBA from Harvard (Baker Scholar), and a DPhil from Oxford (Rhodes Scholar).
