Travis Hughes is a Principal at Digitalis Ventures where he invests broadly in therapeutics companies across therapeutic areas and modalities in addition to supporting multiple portfolio companies. Prior to Digitalis, he worked at nference, where his projects with pharma partners ranged from target discovery to clinical trial design in addition to leading incubation of a startup in neuro-oncology. Travis received an MD and PhD from Harvard Medical School where his dissertation work focused on development and application of novel technologies in single-cell mRNA sequencing.
