Vignesh Hariharan is currently a post-doctoral research associate at the RNA Therapeutics Institute, UMass Chan Medical School in the lab of Prof. Anastasia Khvorova. His training and expertise lie in the discovery and preclinical development of fully chemically modified siRNA for extrahepatic applications. His research has led to the generation of multiple preclinical candidates that are in formal clinical development for CNS as well as systemic applications. He also serves as Director of Biology at Comanche Biopharma, a clinical stage biotech company dedicated to producing solutions for maternal and neonatal healthcare.
