Sam Kendall-Marsden is the Director of Claims for NorthStandard Club, a leading P&I insurer with offices in London, New York, Athens, Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan. Sam has overall responsibility for P&I and Defence claims at the club and has special expertise in major casualty management, having handled a number of high-profile wreck removal claims including the Costa Concordia. Sam is also Chair of the International Group’s Large Casualty Committee, a cross-club body with a dedicated focus on improving the management of major marine casualties and controlling costs.
