Who Should Attend
This practical course is designed for anyone wanting to learn how to use social media as a way of attracting sales and leads such as digital marketing executives, social media managers and small business owners. It is also designed for those wanting to know about brand awareness and reputation management on social media.
Course Requirements
Delegates must meet two criteria to be eligible for an Informa Certificate of Completion for a course:
1. Satisfactory attendance – Delegates must attend all sessions of the course. Delegates who miss more than 2 hours of the course sessions will not be eligible to sit the course assessment
2. Successful completion of the course assessment
Course Methodology
This informative and lively course using a mixture proven learning styles including break out sessions, practical exercises, case studies and videos. We use the VARK model to cover the different styles of learning we all have:
• Visual learning (pictures, movies, diagrams)
• Auditory learning (music, discussion, lectures)
• Reading and writing (making lists, reading textbooks, taking notes)
