As an industry veteran she has worked with such groups as the NFL, MLB,NBA, NHL, MLS and the USOC sharing her passion in creating memorableand remarkable experiences. Teamwork is at the forefront of hermanagement style, and she believes you accomplish more together thenseparately.

Beth believes you need to empower others to bring their besttalents forward and encourages others to make an impact and createevents and experiences with meaning.Beth was chosen as one of the Top 15 women in Events by Event Marketerand was selected to the prestigious WELI Institute at TUCK BusinessSchool at Dartmouth to further her sports and events background.Malafa currently resides in Baltimore, MD with her husband Chris and twoevent planners in the making Josephine and Liberty.
