Born & raised in California, Charlotte began her events career straight out of college at an internal brand level where she planned & executed trade show booths and companywide sales meetings. From there she moved into a larger event management role at MAC Cosmetics, collaborating cross-functionally to increase brand exposure by enhancing marketing campaigns at a consumer level through experiential events, brand activations, & in-store programs.

6 years ago, she partnered with a longtime colleague in launching Gladiator Productions - a full-scale production company igniting magic in the arena of entertainment & events. Prioritizing high touch service & transparent client relationships has allowed for the company to grow even through the COVID downturn that rocked the event industry as we know it! They have worked with companies such as The Walt Disney Company, Procter & Gamble, and LVMH to name a few!

Now, with over a decade of experience in event production, she has partnered with a multitude of clients on turning their event ideas into reality in the highest quality forms of engagement that live beyond the moment.

As a current resident of Los Angeles, she spends her free time attending concerts, exploring museums, and eating her way through the cultural food scene!
