Chloe Pavlech is the Chief Growth Officer at Unrivaled who has helped build and oversees Unrivaled Basketball League's social footprint. A trailblazer in digital media, Chloe has built followings reaching millions for startup companies and some of the world's youngest sports stars. She is the first woman to build two women's sports accounts to over a million followers — founding the Overtime Women's Basketball account, now the largest women's basketball media account, and driving Togethxr to become the fastest-growing sports account on TikTok. She was selected for the inaugural Black TikTok program. Her expertise extends beyond the phone — as an Assistant Coach at Baylor University Women's Basketball, she spearheaded their NIL initiative and served on the Athletic Department's NIL Council, helping Baylor become #1 in total NIL compensation across the Big 12 Conference. She earned her master's degree while coaching with the UConn Women's Basketball, and she's a proud University of Maryland Women's Basketball alumna.
