C.J. Rugh has spent more than the past 14 years with the Minnesota Vikings in various roles, with the majority of those years being with the events department. In his current role, he leads the planning and execution of the team’s larger, fan-facing events such as Party On the Plaza prior to each home game, Draft Party, and Training Camp. In addition to events, he works on the game day operations team ensuring that fans have a great experience from the time they arrive at the stadium until they leave. He is passionate about the fan experience and strives to create unforgettable moments for anyone that attends a Vikings event or engages with their brand.
