C.J. Rugh is the Sr. Manager of Guest Operations for the Minnesota Vikings where he focuses on the logistical side of the game day experience for fans at U.S. Bank Stadium. Prior to this role, he spent 15 years on the Special Events team, overseeing the team's multi week training camp and pre-game fan experiences. In addition he also assisted with corporate partner trips, international games in London, team sponsored high school football games and Vikings Foundation events. Throughout his career is passion has always been creating the best fan experience possible, no matter the event.
