Justin Zebell is the founder and CEO of No Name Group, an experiential live event agency built on the belief that events should think—not just entertain. For more than twenty-seven years, he’s lived at the intersection of creativity, business, and human behavior, producing large-scale experiences for some of the world's leading brands.

As both a builder and a student of experience, Justin also co-founded ROME Insights, an event intelligence platform transforming how brands measure audience engagement and emotional response. Through data, design, and storytelling, his work bridges the gap between what happened and what mattered most.

Beyond his ventures, Justin is a lifelong learner, coach, and author who believes that progress is a daily choice. His No Zero Days philosophy, born from both success and failure, challenges leaders to move with purpose, build with intention, and lead from truth.
