Katherine Milliken joined the Miami Dolphins in 2010 and has served as vice president of entertainment & fan experience since 2022. In this capacity, she oversees all entertainment, events and experience verticals across all Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium properties including the Miami Open and Formula 1® Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix.

Milliken first started with the organization as a member of the Miami Dolphins game day staff. Prior to her current role, she served as the senior director of entertainment & events.

Milliken completed her Master of Business Administration in Sport Management at the Florida Atlantic College of Business. She received her Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management where she graduated magna cum laude from the Rosen College of Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida.

Katherine lives in Davie with her partner and their two sons, Liam and Cameron.
