Aïchatou joined PAI in 2020 as Head of Compliance. Aïchatou brings 20 years of compliance & finance experience within the financial services and funds industry, most recently as the COO of Andera Partners (formerly Edmond de Rothschild Investment Partners) where she managed compliance and corporate legal matters.

Prior to Andera, Aïchatou held various compliance and finance positions at Groupama Private Equity and Ernst & Young where she was an auditor. Aïchatou has wide expertise in all regulatory aspects, including the set-up and spin-off of investment companies, as well as strong knowledge of risk mitigation.

Aïchatou holds a Master’s Degree in Banking and Finance from Université de Paris II Assas and an Executive MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She is also a member of the “Société Française des Analystes Financiers” (SFAF). She is fluent in French and English.
