Adam is the Chief Financial Officer of CVC Secondary Partners, responsible for fund and management company finances. Prior to Glendower, Adam was Head of Fund Finance and Operations at ICG, responsible for their Direct Lending Business. Previously, Adam was Finance Director at ESO Capital, a special situations asset manager, and had experience at Man Investments, where he oversaw the Fund Accounting function. Adam began his career at Deloitte as a trainee accountant.
