Joined StartUp Health in Sept 2022. StartUp Health is an early stage digital healthcare venture capital firm having made more than 450 investments since 2012. Previously served as CFO & CCO at Blue Wolf Capital, a middle market PE shop, for nine years, supporting the firm's growth from about $100M of invested capital in 2013 to over $3B of AUMs in 2022. Prior to that, worked 5 years as portfolio & finance manager at Grove International Partners, a global opportunistic private equity real estate fund manager. From 2001 to 2008, at Citigroup, principally as a VP in alternatives across credit, hedge funds, private equity and real estate. Began career in organized labor movement. Josh received a BS from the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations, a post-graduate certification in Executive IT Management from Columbia University, and a MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
